Frozen Cleaned Baby Cuttlefish

Baby cuttlefish, gutted and cleaned before freezing. Each one has smooth, glossy white flesh with a tender-crisp bite and a mild, sweet flavour that takes on whatever you cook it with.

What you get

How to cook

Grill: thread onto skewers, season, and grill until the surface chars lightly.

Hot pot: blanch briefly in the broth — long cooking makes them tough.

Stir-fry: toss with vegetables over high heat, or deep-fry for a crisp appetiser.

Storage

Keep frozen at or below −18°C. Thaw in the refrigerator and do not refreeze once fully defrosted.
